Our belts are 100% genuine leather and MADE IN CANADA. There are very few specialty belts we provide that are still leather based-but have a special material, such as suede, at the forefront. You will see the material for every belt under the product description.

Where in Canada are BeltHaus products made?

All our products are made with love in Ontario, Canada.

​When can I see more styles?

We’ve been in business for over 25 years, but we have just transitioned online recently. We are working hard to get more styles online. Until then, we hope you like our time-tested best sellers!

​Do you offer bulk discounts for wholesale orders (Weddings, etc)?

Yes, feel free to reach out to us directly at info@belthaus.com for any questions on wholesale orders. We are happy to provide quotes on any wedding packages, or other wholesale requests.

What kinds of shipping options do you offer?

We offer a variety of integrated shipping options depending on your location. During the Checkout process, you will see available options – including any options for free shipping* (North American Customers only on orders greater than $50).

Which locations do you ship to?

We ship Worldwide.

How do I track my package after it has been shipped?

You will receive an email confirming when order has been shipped - and will receive a delivery confirmation email as well once your BeltHaus product arrives.

How long does it take to receive my order?

That depends on where you live – you will see prompts during checkout that will assist you with timelines.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Our goal is to create the most enjoyable customer experience. Any product can be returned or exchange for store credit for any reason within 14 days of delivery. If you need to make a return, please send us an email letting us know, and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to help set up the return process.

How soon will I receive my refund?

As soon as we receive the unused item, we will process your refund as soon as possible (usually no later than 3 business days).

Belt-Buying Guide

How do I know what size belt to order?

Check out our size guide here. Generally, the rule of thumb is to get a belt that is one size bigger than the waist size of your pants. For example if your jeans are a size 34, then a belt in size 36 is the right size for you. Ideally however, its best to measure against an existing belt you already own for most accuracy.

Caring for your BeltHaus belt

Our customers frequently ask us what the best way is to take care of their BeltHaus belt. The great thing about our belts is that there is very little you need to do! Follow these simple tips to get the most out of your BeltHaus belt:

Store it in a cool, dry place. Excessive exposure to moisture can take a toll on the leather grain.

If wet, let the belt dry naturally. Do not expedite the drying process by using a hair dryer or placing it on a heater. This could cause the belt to lose its softness and turn hard and brittle.

If it becomes excessively hard (in rare situations), simply apply a leather conditioner. They are sold at general department stores and leather specialty stores across Canada.

Belt scuffs and scratches from everyday use are normal and adds character to a belt! But if you want a brand-spanking new belt again, simply touch up the spots with a light application of leather conditioner. They are sold at general department stores and leather specialty stores across Canada. If the color has been deeply damaged (in rare situations), you can recolor the belt with shoe polish that matches the color of your belt. Rub a thin layer of polish on the affected area, and let dry for 24 hours in a cool, dry place.
